MISS DIOR EXHIBITION IN PARIS

Production of the free public exhibition dedicated to one of Dior’s iconic perfumes: MISS DIOR. The exhibition retraced the history of perfume through vintage photos, manuscripts, and emblematic dresses and highlighted the strong link between Christian Dior and art, with modern works of art on loan from major institutions and the creations of 15 women artists from around the world.
While Hervé Mickaeloff signed the curatorial contract for the exhibition, the NC agency deployed the scenography so that it would be housed in the Galerie Courbe at the Grand Palais. Nathalie Portman, Sophie Marceau and Shirin Neshat inaugurated the exhibition in the presence of the exhibited artists and many other renowned guests.

15 femmes artistes d’art contemporain venant d’Europe, d’Asie, des Etats-Unis et d’Amérique du Sud ont été invitées dans le cadre de ce projet itinerant à exprimer à travers une œuvre conçue pour cette exposition leur vision, leur perception, leur interprétation de la fragrance. Les artistes contemporaines étaient présentes pour aller à la rencontre des visiteurs : Polly Apfelbaum, Lara Baladi, Carole Benzaken, Lee Bul, Karen Kilimnik, Carla Mattii, Maria Nepomuceno, Shirin Neshat, Tomoko Shioyasu, Alyson Shotz, Hannah Starkey, Joana Vasconcelos, Ionna Vautrin, Liang Yuanwei, Nika Zupanc. Des œuvres d’art moderne sont aussi exposées (Salvador Dali, Man Ray, Picasso…), prêtées par des grands musées nationaux.
